These are extra forms to be downloaded when you are repeating your AM urine and saliva tests. It is possible that in your treatment program you will be asked to repeat the AM urine and saliva testing. This is to measure chemical changes taking place within your body through assessing the by-products being excreted into the urine. Also, repeating the morning saliva test tracks improvement in your metabolism as you return to health.

You might also be asked to keep track of your exercise and diet several times. This helps you to keep new healthy habits in place.
